We knew a generation who possessed little but knew how to make best use of the fruits of the earth. We were able to study and test their methods of distilling and ageing traditional Friulian liqueurs.
Our recipes innovatively build upon that culture, blending the traditional liqueur heritage with new production techniques and botanical expertise, and bringing to perfection all that Friuli-Venezia Giulia has to offer. We constantly seek the finest raw material ingredients, from local producers wherever possible, in order to create products of the highest quality.
