Our Vodka is made by using just cereals, it’s smooth crystal clear. It can be used as a perfect base for many cocktails, or as a long drink mixed with a tonic water or simply neat or on the rocks.
Gin is the combination of passion, research and dedication. Starting off from juniper berries, wisely blended with the typical autumn Mediterranean aromas given from citrus, like lemon, bergamot, bitter orange and mandarin. A spirit that can be enjoyed on his one neat, even better in a Martini cocktail or as a an “invigorating” drink, or during the hot summer season as a refreshing G&T.
An italian classic, Stele Sambuca it’s a silky smooth liqueur based on pure star anise distillate as a main ingredient, followed by some coriander seeds, cloves and other secret botanicals that create this intense and round body tipycal of this liqueur. As Italian classic we suggest to serve it in the typical way, as “ammazzacaffè” (kill the coffee) so served directly after an espresso, it will rinse the taste of it from your palate, neat, or on the rocks with a couple of coffee beans known in Italian as “mosca”.
A Bittersweet liqueur made using fresh Friulian apple juice and natural dyes. This liqueur is characterized from it’s freshness given from the fresh apple juice which during the processing is not pasteurized to preserve all the olfactory organoleptic qualities, and the bitter sweetness from orange zests and gentian root. We suggest to served it mixed with Prosecco and soda (1part Prosecco/1 part soda) and ice or simply mixed with orange juice.
