We celebrate our town with three iconic liqueurs that embody the essence of the territory and the craftsmanship typical of Spilimbergo and our plant. Every sip is a sensory journey to discovery of refined and authentic flavours that can be savoured in pure form or used to create original and sophisticated cocktails.
We decided that our labels should bring back the circumflex accent in a form redesigned by the Mosaic School of Friuli in Spilimbergo.
The circumflex accent on our labels, which is found in many words of the Friulian language, expresses the most important symbols and values of our city and territory: the culture of Spilimbergo mosaics recognised all over the world, the mountains around us, the warmth and values of home and family, the bell tower as a cultural meeting place for people of all ages.
AMARO DI SPILIMBERGO
An aromatic and delicate liqueur, with a prevalent note of herbs and aromatic plants.
Various botanicals can be readily distinguished on the palate, including rhubarb, gentian, bitter and sweet orange, chamomile, wormwood, mint, yarrow, centaury and wild thyme.
Cocolâr
NOCINO DI SPILIMBERGO
Our Nocino is made exclusively with green walnuts, harvested according to tradition on or around June 24, the feast day of Saint John.
After the walnuts have been macerated for about two months the liqueur is sweetened, mixed with Friulian grappa and left to stand until late spring. This long and complex process produces a delicate liqueur with fragrant notes of walnut.

GIN DI SPILIMBERGO
A gin created by expert mixing of juniper berry distillate with a mosaic of typical Mediterranean citrus fruits (lemon, bitter orange, bergamot and mandarin orange) and aromatic herbs, including angelica, coriander and clary sage.
