Bitter Opificium

The elegant notes of our Bitter Opificium have origin in ancient methods of processing medicinal herbs.

Bitter and sweet orange are blended with gentian and Friulian Dolomites absinthe in a unique recipe enhanced by the violet scent of the iris rhizome and the fiery strength of masterwort, all enfolded in the exotic aroma of Cascarilla.

Vermut Opificium

All the pride of Friuli is embodied in our Vermut Opificium, made with Verduzzo wine from native vines grown exclusively in our region. Its quality comes from careful selection of botanicals, a judicious spicy mix of herbs and plants including wormwood, clary sage, and bitter orange to add a Mediterranean scent of citrus notes.

Cocolâr​

NOCINO DI SPILIMBERGO

Our Nocino is made exclusively with green walnuts, harvested according to tradition on or around June 24, the feast day of Saint John.

After the walnuts have been macerated for about two months the liqueur is sweetened, mixed with Friulian grappa and left to stand until late spring. This long and complex process produces a delicate liqueur with fragrant notes of walnut.
